We are a young, dynamic and ambitious team that has gained a lot of experience in inbound and outbound over the past 12 years. We don't want to stop there, we want to continue learning and developing and proving ourselves in other areas of the industry.
What sets us apart from the others is our team, which consists of many experienced employees and all of this makes us the best team, which is why we initially renamed ourselves BOSA (Bosnian Service Agency) to Best & Team. We carry this name with pride because Best & Team reminds us who we are.
Our goal is to offer the client the same service that he could provide in his own contry and that is taken for granted. Security in terms of data protection, for which we have ISO 27001 and GDPR certificates, to quality management, for which we also have ISO 9001 certificates. But the certificates would be worth nothing without well-trained employees, over 30% of whom have a university degree.
Everything we have listed enables us to take on new challenges and implement them successfully.
THE COMPANY BEST & TEAM
HISTORY
Best & Team company was founded in April 2009 in Sarajevo. The idea was to test whether a small center could be opened in Sarajevo that would support large centers in Austria and accept the overflow calls. After 6 months it was shown that a small overflow call center with 30 employees can be made much more. We had trained 60 employees after 6 months and 200 after 20 months
Employee. That's when we realized that you could set up a respectable center in Sarajevo that stands for professionalism, further education and progress and not just as a temporary center.
