Mr. Bilic is someone who needs to know everything, from figures to events to employees, his moto is "the employee must be well so that we can achieve good results".

Mrs. Bilic is the creative soul in our company, she is always responsible for the best and most interesting advertising campaigns and her dealings with employees are on a different level, which is why we have more applicants than we can accommodate.

Mrs. Zolj is our inbound manager who has been with us for a long time and ensures that the knowledge of the employees remains at a high level, which is why she is responsible for quality management.

Leila has been an integral part of our team for more than 5 years. Through her German studies, she enriched our team with her language talent and thus she became an important support for our employees.

She has always shown herself to be responsible and took her work very seriously. Especially when we got an inbound project for a fashion house in the UK, we gave her the first chance to prove herself and we weren't wrong.

Mr. Hozbo has been with the company since 2010 and is one of the oldest team leaders. His training in social sciences and psychology made it easier for us to deal with outbound employees because this area requires a lot of commitment, which we have to do every day.

Durch die Jahre lernte Amra immer mehr dazu bei verschiedenen Inbound Projekten und arbeitete von Kundensupport bis zur e- mail Bearebitung für unsere Modehäuser. Diese Erfahrung und Wissen haben uns keine andere Möglichkeit gelassen, als Sie ins Team zu holen. Das Verständnis und Hilfsbereitschaft bei der Erfüllung der gemeinsamen Aufgaben sind Amras Merkmale. Das Sie Mutter von drei Kindern ist und die Arbeit gemeinsam meistern kann, hat Sie schon viele Male bewiesen. Für alle Fälle Amra fragen!

We are pleased to introduce you to our new team member: Almasa Letić! She has been part of our team since 2021 and has quickly proven herself to be a talented and dedicated employee. Due to her excellent performance and positive attitude, she was promoted to team leader. Almasa is not only competent and reliable, but also a real team player who creates a pleasant working atmosphere with her positive energy and humor. Together we look forward to many more successful projects with Almasa at the head of our team.

When we were given the opportunity to support a technical support project, we saw the opportunity for further development in our long-standing employees. This was the right decision, as we can now proudly say that we are running a successful project and will continue to expand our services.

We are pleased to introduce you to our new team member: Ramadan Tahiri! Immediately after graduating, he returned to us in 2023, where we like to give young talents a chance. He quickly integrated into our team and proved that, despite his young age, he already has considerable skills. Thanks to his willingness to learn and his professional approach to tasks, he quickly earned the respect of his colleagues. We are happy to support him on his future career path and wish him every success. It is refreshing to have new energies in our team.

Mr. Cano is our all-rounder, he is the team leader in inbound and can't keep his hands off technology, which is why he is our all-rounder IT + inbound team leader.

Since joining the Best & Team team in 2022, Damir has proven himself to be a reliable, hardworking and responsible employee. Damir is a true team player and creates a positive working atmosphere.
